This Privacy Policy explains how ZuluSnap, an Android shape-puzzle game published at zulusnap.com, handles information. It describes the features intended for the game; actual processing depends on the version released and the services enabled by the publisher.

1. Information stored on your device

ZuluSnap stores game progress and preferences locally on your device using the app’s local storage. In the version reviewed, this includes your current level, score, gem balance, unlocked levels and sound setting. This information is stored on your device rather than uploaded as a cloud-save profile. Local data generally remains on your device until you clear the app data, uninstall the app or the data is otherwise removed, subject to your device’s backup settings and behaviour.

2. Account registration and cloud saves

The current version of ZuluSnap does not offer account registration, Google sign-in or cloud saves. Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device using the app’s local storage. This version does not create Firebase Authentication accounts or upload game progress to Firebase Cloud Firestore. As a result, there is no Firebase account or Firestore game-progress record to delete for this version. If account or cloud-save features are introduced in a future release, this policy will be updated before those features are enabled.

3. In-app purchases and gems

If purchases are enabled in your version, Google Play Billing processes in-app purchases and RevenueCat may provide product, transaction and entitlement management. These providers may process product identifiers, transaction records and app-user or technical identifiers needed to complete, validate or restore purchases. ZuluSnap does not directly collect your Google password or payment-card details; payment processing is handled by Google Play and its payment providers. 4. Analytics, advertising and tracking

The ZuluSnap project files reviewed for this policy did not show an integrated advertising SDK or a dedicated analytics SDK. This policy therefore does not describe personalized advertising or analytics collected through such an SDK. This statement must be rechecked against the final production build and all enabled third-party services. If analytics, advertising or tracking technology is added, this policy and any required consent or store declarations should be updated before use.

5. Why information is used

Information is used to store and restore game progress and preferences locally on your device, provide the game, make purchases available where supported, validate or restore purchase entitlements, operate and secure the game, maintain service reliability and respond to privacy or support requests.

6. Sharing and service providers

ZuluSnap does not sell personal information. If in-app purchases are enabled, Google Play processes purchases and RevenueCat may process product, transaction and technical identifiers needed to manage purchases and entitlements. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process information needed to operate the website or any enabled services. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights or service security.

7. Retention and deletion

Game progress and preferences are stored locally in the app’s storage on your device. To erase this local game data, open Android Settings > Apps > ZuluSnap > Storage & cache > Clear storage or Clear data, or uninstall ZuluSnap. The exact labels vary by Android version. Device or operating-system backups are governed by your device and backup settings. The current version does not create Firebase Authentication accounts or Firebase Cloud Firestore progress records, so there is no Firebase account or cloud-save record to delete. To request deletion of personal information that you have sent to the publisher or that the publisher otherwise controls, email zulusnap@outlook.com. Include enough information for us to understand your request; we may ask for reasonable verification before acting. We will delete information we control when it is no longer needed, unless we are required or permitted to retain it by law. Google Play, RevenueCat and payment providers may retain purchase and transaction records under their own legal and retention requirements; a request to ZuluSnap does not delete records held by those providers.

8. Children’s privacy

ZuluSnap is a puzzle game. The current version does not offer account registration, Google sign-in or cloud saves. The publisher does not knowingly collect children’s personal information in ways that violate applicable law. Parents or guardians with privacy questions or deletion requests may contact zulusnap@outlook.com. The game’s target audience and store declarations should accurately reflect its intended audience and actual data practices.

9. Security and international processing

ZuluSnap and its service providers rely on technical and organisational safeguards to protect information. No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure. Google, RevenueCat and other providers may process information in countries outside your own, subject to applicable safeguards and law.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction of personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent from certain processing. To exercise applicable rights or request deletion of information held by the publisher, email zulusnap@outlook.com. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your request. Providers such as Google Play and RevenueCat may retain records where legally required or needed to complete transactions, and requests to the publisher do not delete records held independently by those providers. 11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the game, its services or applicable legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with the updated date shown above.
